Who Will Provide Delivery?

 

  • Shipments will be made by FEDEX, UPS, Canada Post and DHL
  • We aim to have contact lenses shipments to your door in 3-4 business days. If an item is backordered, you will be notified immediately.

 

How do I make a return?

 

How do I return my contact lenses?

 

We want you to be happy with your order, and if anything is less than perfect we’re happy to accept returns for contact lenses provided the boxes are all unopened, unmarked, and unused. Follow the Steps for Making a Return or Exchange below for more information.

 

The Steps for Making a Return or Exchange
  1. To return your order, call our experts at 416-516-2020 for details and return instructions.
  2. Please place your returning items in a sturdy box or the original package. Make sure that the return label is clearly visible.

 

When will I get my refund?

 

Please allow for 2 weeks from the date of return to receive your store credit or refund back onto the original account.

 

Can I refund to a different credit or Visa-debit card?

 

For your own security, we are unable to do this.

 

How long does it take my contact lenses to ship?

 

Once your contact lenses are in stock, they should be shipped within 2-3 business days and will arrive within the time estimate provided by your chosen shipping method.

 

How do I track my order?

 

When your order ships, you will be sent an email confirmation which includes a tracking number and instructions for how to track your order online. Your order will remain trackable within 30 days of the ship date

 

Will I be charged duties and taxes?

 

Prescription contact lenses wll not be charged federal or provincial taxes. Non-prescription/cosmetic contact lenses may be subject to taxes.
